The sales process with Salina was great. She wasn't high pressure, was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable/happy with our purchase. Overall the experience was decent. My only issue was the time. I know a dealership can take some time but 4 hours on a Thursday and it wasn’t busy seems excessive. We had already agreed on a trade in value a couple days prior and they could have started charging the vehicle sooner. Selina our salesperson was nice and knew a lot about the vehicle.
