Every 6-8 weeks, we invite new customers to join the Service, Sales, and Parts Managers for an opportunity to go over a little more about their new or pre-owned VW's features and controls, and a lot more about service - warranty, maintenance, roadside assistance, how to make a service appointment, towing, what wax to use, how to get the brake dust off your wheels, and a lot of information that is not in your books.
