The word outstanding suffices to express satisfaction. Anything qualified "truly exceptional" is a bit arrogant and does not seem to fit when it relates to scheduling an apt with a rep with your company. Now Virko, your rep, is a star and we love the guy! I appreciate Virko working with me to insure my husband would agree to return to Jacob's for future repairs instead of the local shop I do not trust to repair and maintain my Passat. I don't know anything about mechanics but I expect your staff knows and I can TRUST the work they perform without a doubt in my mind for my safety on the road.

Donie Justiss was our Sales advisor. I've purchased plenty of vehicles in my past and this was by far the best experience we've ever had. He was genuine and honest. Even if he wasn't, I didn't feel it. You people know better than I ever will about the haggling that goes back and forth between buyers and salespeople, I was please with the price and happy to give you my business. I really enjoy your dealership. I started coming there to get my VW CC serviced since your dealership is so close to my work-I enjoy the folks in the service department (Virko is my favorite advisor) and Kevin does a great job as a service manager. Your shuttle service drivers Juan and Brian are also excellent. Now I've had the buying experience and appreciated Lisa and the finance manager was also great!

Thank you VW. I made a scheduled appointment for my 2010 Sportwagon 50000 mile service. I arrived and the lady in the quick oil change service area took care of my maintenance in less than an hour. Car had oil change, tires rotated, and inspections done. A car wash and I was good to go. LOVED THE SPEED OF SERVICE!!!!!

My service adviser on this as well as other service visits was Denis Healy. He is an exceptional service rep, taking the time to explain what needs to be done, what options I have, and making sure I was both informed and comfortable with my choices. I was especially pleased at his recommendation this last time that I have a fuel line cleanout (my words, not Denis'). The results in the performance of my EOS have been outstanding: better movement from stopped as well as better acceleration. Even the MPG has improved to a mix of 24.6. Nice work!

I'm always impressed with your service department. When I've used other dealers' service departments, Ive always felt that somehow I was getting taken advantage of, but at your dealership, you don't feel like you are dealing with snake-oil salesmen. It's a pleasant change in an industry that often feels very slimy.

As always Virko makes service on my beetle easy and painless. Even though I used the service express lane Virko came out and to see what was going on with my car. He is always thorough and considerate of my time. I also can't say enough about the new service express lane it makes getting an oil change or in this case a tire fix. I love that I don't have to make a full appointment and can get in and out in about a hour.

My VW has been serviced regulary elsewhere because I am 40 miles from your dealership. When my local guy was basicaly unconcerened about my car issues, I refused there recomendations and then talked to Kevin Wales. Kevin was FAR more concerened about having happy VW owners. He was also very pleasent and reasonable. Michael Tatera was in charge of the repairs and was very helpfull and called to give me updates on the repairs. I will use every oppertunity given to recomend Bill Jacobs VW. Big thanks to your fine staff. See you soon.

This new beetle is the best car I have ever purchased, driven. The dealership worked with us and got us exactly what we wanted it, when we wanted it. The exchange of our previously leased car was seamless and I was in the new beetle within a few hours once final decisions had been made and car was out in the parking lot ready to be delivered. Simply fantastic!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Virko Tammaru regarding the service of my CC. I can honestly say he was the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. He verified that the car I loaned was returned full, but most importantly treated me with respect. He understood I had basic knowledge of car care and did not treat me as a woman who had no idea of the way a car works. As a woman that is very hard to come by. I would just like to say you have a great employee in Virko and the other Service Advisor could learn for him!

Bryan Wiater did a fantastic job helping me through the entire car buying process! When I arrived at the dealer and the car I had originally wanted to look at was already sold, he explained to me all the other cars of that model he had on the lot. He was very thoughtful and clearly explained why the model I was looking for was so hard to find with certain features.
When I asked if he could possibly find the model I wanted in a different color he searched the entire central region and found one single car in Wisconsin. He informed me that Bill Jacobs had a good relationship with that dealership and he immediately got on the phone to see if the car was still available. Even through the negotiation process, he was friendly and had me laughing. It was by far the best car buying experience I've had.
When I came back a few days later to pick up my new car, he very thoroughly went through all the awesome features with me. I feel like I know my car inside and out! He set up my Bluetooth and even showed me which Sirius stations play country music!
I am so completely satisfied with the car buying experienced I received at this dealership with Bryan's help. I would recommend the dealership and Bryan to anyone interested in buying a VW. "

Mike was fantastic in keeping me up to date as updates were available for my compnay vehicle. He was apleasure to deal with and it was an outstanding experience overall.
Brian was a pleasure to deal with. He was very good with follow-ups, and with orchestrating the correction of our rear window and install of the iPod integrator. I thought that the fix of the window and install of the integrator was a cumbersome. The integrator should have been ordered ahead of time & in stock by the time we brought car in for the install. We were a couple hours late in bringing in the car for the Protector, integrator and window, - and I could see why it would perhaps take 2 days for these 3 things. But when it extended into a 3rd day, we were a little annoyed. Service was very friendly & nice in trying to sort it out, and I understand that the window miscue was originally a factory problem. Brian did a good job in intervening to straighten things out. It is a good car, and we are looking forward to our relationship w/ B.Jac VW - it is our 1st car from any B. Jacobs dealership.
Donie was great! He was extremely knowledgeable on the car features and understood my needs. I came in slightly interested and left with a new car! He obviously did something right! Thank you for the exceptional service!

The waiting area was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The beverages were exceptional. All the employees of the dealership were smiling and were pleasant. Even the cashier, upon passing me asked if everything was going OK. She called me "honey" or "sweetie", or something like that. She was very personable. The dealership is the best VW dealership I\'ve been in.
We came back to Bill Jacobs because of the exceptional and courteous service we have received on the GTI and were very pleased to find the sales staff equally qualified. Our sales representative made the transaction a pleasure.
