There is so much information at delivery that should you have any questions, please know that our orientation will be happy to provide answers. Every few weeks we invite new customers to join the Service, Sales and Parts Managers for an opportunity to go over a little more about your VW's features and controls. We also offer more details on your warranty, maintenance, roadside assistance, how to make a service appointment, towing, what wax to use, how to get the brake dust off your wheels, and many other helpful tidbits.
