Tips of VW remote features

We want our customers to have an easy transition to using the VW app so we have some helpful tips as you start setting up your app. To begin, when you are pairing your phone you want to make sure to use the vehicle management setting under the Account tab. Once your phone is paired and you initiate a remote command, verify that you have received a success message before starting a new remote command. Before initiating a remote command, you’re also going to want to make sure that your VW is efficiently fueled because if the fuel light is on, remote start will not activate. We hope that these tips will make your experience with the myVW app a great one!
