I purchased a 2023 Tiguan through Ricardo. We had called around to multiple VW Dealerships to find the trim and color Tiguan we wanted. Ricardo was the only salesman who was able to find the exact car I wanted. The only downfall with the dealership was the finance manager was very pushy with the extended warranty and made the conversation/final process in purchasing the car awkward. I’m glad my husband did the research as the interest rate I was being quoted was over 7% for someone with excellent credit. My husband brought up that the VW website is offering 3.9% financing ...
