Let's just start this review with a 100% 5 star recommendation of Bill Jacobs VW. Now let me tell you why. I walked into the dealership cold, no calls, just wanted to check out the last VW manual vehicle, the 2026 Jetta GLI. I was greeted by Robert Yarbrough, my salesman. He was able to confirm they did have 1 manual GLI available and we went for a test drive. The car was amazing, everything I wanted in a vehicle. I've driven and tried a lot of cars, and this one felt exceptional! Lots of power down low, great adaptive suspension, tight steering, great technology, really the whole package. Let me rave about my salesman a bit, as he deserves a shout out for his exemplary service. Robert was very personable, the conversations we had were great, like someone I had been friends with for years. He was very straight forward when it came to getting the deal done, and got me to the numbers I was looking for. That alone is worth a 6 star review. The whole experience was better then great. I never once felt pressured, which I cant say the same for the other dealers I went to prior. The process was seemless, only took a few hours to get all the i's dotted. We called and had them check their inventory for the car I wanted. The experience after we got there took about 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. Tarlan Aliev took good care of us and helped me get the most for my trade in.
