Let's just start this review with a 100% 5 star recommendation of Bill Jacobs VW. Now let me tell you why. I walked into the dealership cold, no calls, just wanted to check out the last VW manual vehicle, the 2026 Jetta GLI. I was greeted by Robert Yarbrough, my salesman. He was able to confirm they did have 1 manual GLI available and we went for a test drive. The car was amazing, everything I wanted in a vehicle. I've driven and tried a lot of cars, and this one felt exceptional! Lots of power down low, great adaptive suspension, tight steering, great technology, really the whole package. Let me rave about my salesman a bit, as he deserves a shout out for his exemplary service. Robert was very personable, the conversations we had were great, like someone I had been friends with for years. He was very straight forward when it came to getting the deal done, and got me to the numbers I was looking for. That alone is worth a 6 star review. The whole experience was better then great. I never once felt pressured, which I cant say the same for the other dealers I went to prior. The process was seemless, only took a few hours to get all the i's dotted. Bill Jacobs Volkswagen really impressed me, and gets my highest regards. Make sure to ask for Robert Yarbrough!

We called and had them check their inventory for the car I wanted. The experience after we got there took about 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. Tarlan Aliev took good care of us and helped me get the most for my trade in.

I had some trouble with the service department and the timing of my car's service, but Mr. Fred Borels the service manager went above any beyond to rectify the situation. Mr. Borels did an extraordinary job and showed customer care as well as amazing problem solving.

This was very nice experience, Cesar , my sales rep was amazing to work with. The dealership was very nice and friendly. The finance manager spent his time making sure the process is fast and smooth. Their car sales manager just stopped by to say hello. Just a pleasant environment. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back to them again for sure.
